Everything has changed

Well it's been over a year since my last post and it's my bad. Life got crazy! Kids got older and more demanding, the little kids got more needy. Our life from 2012- 2014 well it's been a crazy ride a lot of ups and downs. Kids are still cute, Trent is still Trent and is a kid himself and me well I'm still crazy! Ha ha I guess that happens when you have kids! I'm only kidding....... Kinda. Jump forward to July 2014

Brayson will be 13 this October. Yes I'm in denial because it's unreal that I will have a teenager. He FINALLY cut his long hair! He looks soo much better with short hair! Such a handsome boy. He is going into 7th grade, he survived 6th grade. As far as I know he likes it, I'm sure there are a lot of pretty girls at school too so that helps! 

Paige is 10 and already going through the changes of puberty... HELP, she's so emotional and will cry if you look at her wrong. That itself is a wild rollar coaster for me. She has boobs and she has to point it out every night!! She loves to wash her face at night! She's going into fifth grade but we are changing schools due to moving. She's not happy about it but she will survive haha!!

Chance is 5 and going in to kindergarden!! Agh agh it's not happening he's a mommas boy and stuck to my hip so how is this going to work without him crying.... He doesn't even like to go to primary class without me. My goal with him is to get him to primary without me so kindergarden isn't traumatizing for him! I hope and pray!!! He's my boy!!

Miss Princess Destiny! She's 3 😢 she's dadda's gurl! She has Trent wrapped around her finger!! They're so cute together I cherish the moments that I sit there and just watch him with her! She's all girl, hates to have her hair washed but loves to get her toes and nails painted!! 

We moved!! After being in our home for 6years, we needed to move! It's a bittersweet move for us! A lot of memories in that home, I gave birth to Chance and Destiny in the bath tub! Trent and I had our first Christmas together in that house! It's okay we can make memories anywhere!!

Almost the end

Well first things first I passed my boards so I'm officially a CNA!!!! Whoo whoo! I still can not believe I passed lol I know crazy when did I have time to study who knows. I work graveyard, raise 4 kids and went to school and passed! Whew it was a lot but its not over oh no I will continue to go to school! I will become an RN!!!! This year has been a little crazy and it flew by! I've said goodbye to my grandma Cheney now my husband has had to say goodbye to his grandma Betty! We will be with them one day! I love you both

Another Year gone by

So this year is almost over yet again. Another year here and gone just like that! Well where to begin.. Summer was the adventure for us, kids going into a grade higher and mom going back to school. A lot on my plate oh yes! Picture this 5 1/2 course WOW crazy! I wanted to go back to school but for what I pondered and pondered about it for about a year and half and finally it hit me! My goal/ dream is to become an RN. So I am starting at the bottom on the pole and I do mean the Bottom, haha. I'm a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant. I do all the dirty work, but school is my main point in this, it was hard but not to hard. Its all common sense, it just was the course was short and there was a lot to cover in 4 weeks and than Clinicals'. I made it though some nasty information and the BIG final to determine if anyone went onto Clinicals'. I passed with a B! That's good enough for me because I just wanting to pass the darn thing!!!! My graduation was August 11, 2012 and that was a special day for me. My husband Trent was there to support and he was very proud of me and I loved it! My mother in law was there and Hannah came as well! I truly enjoyed that day. Next step is finding a job oh my its ruff! If you don't know someone already in the field good luck!!

BACK TO SCHOOL My kids went back to school and so far they enjoy and they like their teachers so that's good. Brayson's in 5Th grade and Paige is in 3rd. Well time has flown by hasn't it. :( We've had back to school night and they are changing everything around so Im hoping this school year is going to be good!

Grandma Cheney! Cousin Fun

My grandma Joanne Cheney passed away August 19,2012 her funeral was August 25, 2012. She was a wonderful grandma! She was sweet and caring, unfortunately us cousins don't see each other often like we should, but we are all busy with our cute little families and friends! Which is good because that's what keeps us sane! Lol I loved seeing my cousins and meeting spouses! Emily is my cousin Trevor's wife and she is awesome I enjoyed getting to know her! I saw Jill and Philip and its been WAY to long! I met Emily's husband Bobby and got to talk with Emily for a little while!! I sure love all sides of my family! We are an extremely big family! 50- 60 people just from the cheney side who knew! Anywho I still need to meet the English side and than I can finally say Ive meet everyone!!!!! Lol I don't have pictures because my babies were driving me up a wall!!




We drove to Roseville with Chance and Destiny! Crazy oh yes, I thought it would be just Trent and I but no he wanted the little ones to tag along.... Next time I don't think so! 9 hours in the car oh what a pleasant drive heaven help us

SuMmEr 2012

This summer has just flown bye in a blink of the eye! Brayson is going into 5th grade, Paige is going into 3rd grade, mom went back to school and took a 5 1/2 week course to become an CNA and I love it!!! I never really thought I'd enjoy the nursing field but it turns out I have a special gift and yes that is standing the smell of poop!!! People often tell me when I mention "yea I want to be a CNA and move up in my career" their reaction "oh my" that's a ruff job. Think about it isn't every job HARD??!!!!!!!!!!!! The answer your looking for is Yes every job is hard. If you have a job in this economy than just be thankful! My kids are wonderful and lets face it there are just kids! Oh the lovely never ending melt downs my oh my! Chance has melts downs like I've never seen before, Screams, cry's, and who knows what else! I was at fresh and easy on day and I turned off his movie, and WOW there it is never ending tantrum holy cow and it was over me turning of his movie, so as I'm getting him out a older lady is just staring at me. Let me remind you I just turned off his movie, so anyways as she's staring at me I'm sure she is thinking I'm beating my child no that's not the case so my steam and frustrating starts to build and I wanting to say take a picture it will last longer!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT I didn't, shocker right, I know I was shocked too! Geese some people! HAHAHA If you have kids you know what I mean you can't avoid the staring, judging, or talk. Just remember that if your judging, somebody is judging you! I let my kids be kids even though they try my patience they make life enjoyable!!!

Vegas, Kids, Marriage

Its spring time in Las Vegas and the weather is gorgeous. My kids are growing up so fast its insane! Where did the time go? This year is even crazy, April already... Really is the a pause button for life? I wish! Brayson will be 11 this year and is growing up too damn fast! pre pre teen is already beginning. He is an awesome kid, funny as heck to. He always has me laughing, the things he says.

Paige is Paige. nothing new with her she still is miss drama queen. I love her she is my child that will give me a run for my money so much like me. Its crazy to think I have a kid that is like me... crap! What will I do when she is a teen. She is a big help. She has a sore or infection on her lady part.. So I took her to her doctor and they didnt know what it is of course right they just want your money... So she prescribes a antibiotic Twice a day for ten days. If it doesnt go away I want to see her again.. agh okay for what exactly. please someone tell me cause the thing is still there and now im broke cause you took my money hahaha okay maybe not broke but you get what im saying. Paige is all concerned now, its still there mom what if it doesnt go away? will you have to take me to the doctors or worse the hospital dont let that happen mom please, I dont want them to hurt me! poor thing always stuff going on with girls. Do you ever noticed that?? Boys when can something happen to your men parts!!! lol hahaha

Catching up a year

Another year down and more to come! Sorry I've been behind life caught up with us! 4 kids and trying to find time us is hard to come by lol but we make it work some how! Going backwards in time! June 2011, well I don't remeber much lol it was last year so it must have been good!


July was alright too my husbands step dad Cody passed away on July 13 from throat cancer so we were dealing with that, it was a ruff time for everybody but now he is in a great place but we miss him terribly.

August thru Oct was football, Braysons birthday, Halloween, and another school year starting. Crazy right! Our kids are great and so far enjoy school but I'm sure it won't last long lol.

November flew by, the holidays were ruff with dad passing and missing him and traveling for thanksgiving but it was worth listening to kids screaming while making a trip to Cali to see my side of my family!

December once again already gifts Santa do I ever catch a break? No no I do not! That's okay my kids make everything worth while! Gotta love them. Things are looking good, my husband for a promotion at work he is now wait for it.... The service center manager for western exterminators pest control company!! Yay mouth full I know lol he loves it! Western is a great company, family oriented, friendly staff and owners!

January flew by Destiny turned 1can you believe it! I can't some days I want her to be little and others well I need a vacation. Paige became Paige Eileen English! Yes her initials are Pee! Lol poor kid :(.

February flew too Trent's birthday, Paige turned 8!

March Paige got baptized by her daddy! Love it! Trent and I had our 4 year anniversary believe it or not lol some days it feels like we've been married longer than that haha! Joys of marriage blessing and trials lol

The English Family

Let me introduce myself again I'm Amy the Family blogger. We have had so much happen to us it is breath taking. Don't hold your breath or anything I will go down the list of who is who.

Trent the man of the house. Trent loves to workout, Loves his kids!!! He works for Western Exterminators Pest Control Company as the Pest Department Manger.. WOW thats a mouth full right lol

Amy well... Crazy ha I'm the mom, the cook, doctor, nurse, therapist, taxi driver, organizer, teacher.. etc.. I love my kids but need a vacation at the same time! I try to be crafty and creative but lets face it practice makes perfect, ya if I only had the time too!! I know my craftiness and creative side is dying to come out!

Brayson is my oldest he loves football!! He is very good in math. He is full of energy. I'm sure he is also the kid that is going to give me gray hair lol wait a minute thats all my kids. Brayson is my sweetheart. He is a boy what else can I say

Paige oh paige. She is our 2nd oldest and such a Diva along with Drama Queen!! She is super sensitive and very caring. She wants to be a cheerleader so she can cheer for Brayson at his games. She loves school. She is your typical 7 year girl

Chance oh boy this kid is a handful by all means!!! Super cute just his daddy but a ton of energy mixed with curious George... He is in everything and anything. He pulls out my chairs and climbs up to reach things. I have my hand s full with him! I love him he is a good boy.

Destiny is our newest and most greatest joy and blessing to our little family. She is 4 months old and can not do anything to drive me crazy except poop and cry alot. lol She is such a great baby we couldn't have asked for anything better!! Chance loves her too much

I admire my husband and my children they are the greatest gift in my world and I can not ask for anything better!!!!

Random...

So this is my blog where I just start randomly telling you what I (we) done this week. For starters. Destiny got her shots yesterday Wed. and got a fever, poor baby. You could tell she just wasn't feeling good! I rubbed her back, neck, the back of her ears with Peppermint Essential Oil and yes you guessed it, her fever broke!!! She is claim and relaxed and so am I. Peppermint can be used in so many ways it truly is lovely. I love it when something helps my baby!!! Wednesday night I had a swimsuit party by Darci she owns The Pink Desert swimwear line. She has super cute swimsuits. I had a very good turn out and I will be throwing her another party. Every girl needs a modest swimsuit, maybe it's just me but you don't have to show off your body! Modesty I think is sexy!!!! Rockin Bowstars another great home business, they are custom made and homemade bows and flowers to wear with any outfit, style, of little child/infant. Perfect right!!!! Now Darci who is Pink Desert and Ryann and Kendra who are Rockin Bowstars both have Facebook pages so find off my page or look them up.!!! You will not be disappointed!! First Hair Cut

My best friend Brooke is a hair stylist and she is awesome!!! She gave Chance a real hair cut for his first time. Now Ive had his hair cut before but it was a trim not a cut. He looks like a boy now and not my little boy, it makes me happy and sad all at the same time cuz he is growing up right before my eyes. He is such a little stinker but he is soo cute!!!! When Trent got home he turned around and said now I need a hair cut, so him and Brayson went to go get their hair cut. All my boys are cute and clean cut!! My man is a stud and my little boys are handsome. Mommy is happy ;) He won't let me get a good picture of him but he looks all grown up!

Essential Oils

Well let me introduce to you a new and extremely awesome product that I came across. DoTERRA Essential Oils they are amazing. I use past tense when I have a tension headache and Trent uses it as well. I bought a kit and it has Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Melaleuca, Frankincense, Deep Blue, Oregano, On Guard, Breathe, DigestZen. I also have bought more to add to what I already own, those are Eucalyptus,purify, Wild Orange, Clove, Lemongrass, Cypress, Slim and Sassy. Now stop looking at me like I'm crazy because they will blow your mind. THEY WORK no joke!! Back in 2009 my husband Trent got into a car accident head on. Well that day was not fun,,, So anyways he walked away from that accident and the only thing that hurt him was his hip and he still is in a lot of pain. I rub Deep Blue on his left side and he isn't in any pain. Amazing right.. I know. Well I use them for my family health. Chance was stuffy the other night and had a little bit of congestion in his nose and chest so I get up in the middle of the night and rub Eucalyptus on his chest and nose and when he got up I rubbed some more on him and it took it away. No more stuffy or congestion in his chest and nose. I rub all my kids including my husband down with Lavender before bed to help them relax and sleep. Essential Oil can help with anything. I will give you a list of how they can help.
Emergency Oils
1.)Clove - Good for acne, constipation, headaches,nausea,and toothaches.
2.)Frankincense- It facilitates clarity of mind, accelerates all skin recovery issues, and reduces anxiety and mental and physical fatigue.

Chance turned 2

WOW 2 years went by fast!! Two years ago I gave birth to Chance at home and in my bath tub. Yes I had a home birth. Well let me tell you my first experience for having a home birth... Margie the Midwife and Rebecca the Assistant, so it is Sunday May 17, 2009 which by the way is my due date no baby. We are in Church and enjoying ALL the lessons and I had been having contractions off and on all day. Ten minutes before Church ended I go and get my husband and tell him we need to get our kids and go home!!!! Maybe he is coming.. Nope he decided to stay in my belly a little longer AGH really Chance is already stubborn! So we go to my mother in laws house for dinner like we do every Sunday and I'm disappointed that Chance isn't here yet but all good things come to an end right? haha so when we get home we go to bed. Around 12:00pm I start having contractions and I wake up my mom and ask her to time my contractions, around 1:30am I wake up Trent call Margie and we get things rolling. Yes this is it awesome. Margie arrives, Trent's mom arrives, and I'm in the bath tub out of the bath tub, on the toilet, in bed. I went back and forth all night. Than I get the urge to push everyone is around me my water breaks than a second later here is my Chance on my chest!!!!!!!!!!! Such a blessing to our life.

Tahoe vacation

So we went to Tahoe and it was just lovely. We needed a vacation to just refresh ourselves!! We met up with my dad, mom- marianne and bro Eric. We had a blast. The kids enjoy seeing them and getting out of Vegas. So pretty over there, I love the mountains. Smells great! Dad took us on the ferry that circled around the Lake and we even saw a castle. How cool. I didn't know Lake Tahoe had a castle did you?... It was a fun place to travel. I got of course a bunch of pictures yes I will posting them. Chance loved the ferry ride and having Daddy taking him on the top of the Ferry where you get the fresh breeze and see the water. here are the pictures
